At school we had a course specialised in product and interior photography. I learned a lot about how to use lights and flashes when taking pictures in home environments as well as in a photo studio. We started with photographing products in our homes, trying to use only natural light or just some available lamp. It was more challenging to photograph in a home environment because the possibilities of using the light were more limited for example. The last part of the course was product photography in a studio. It was fun to learn how to work in a photo studio and how to use all the equipment. We now had a lot more possibilities to work with, where the light would come from and how we wanted the photo to look like.

The second part of the course was specialized in interior photography. I learned about how to use natural light as well as artificial lights when taking pictures in home environments. During this course, we also learned the basics of how to edit our pictures in Photoshop, which was a good thing to learn, because I hadn´t used it before. During this course we worked in teams, Linda, Oskar and I photographed in our homes and also at a public café. It was fun to style the apartments for the photoshoot and we noticed how small details in the interior can make really big difference in the picture. We had a very good teamwork, we had fun and learned a lot together.
