I´m Jenny, an interior designer from Finland. 

During my internship, I have found an interest in designing interiors especially for public spaces.

I like how there is a lot of opportunities and freedom to design a public space. Even though

I mainly create interior designs I´m also interested in furniture and product design.

As a designer, I value quality, functionality and aesthetics. I prefer authentic materials because it gives a certain quality to the end-result. In my work, I like to create contrasts by combining different kind of surface materials and playing with colours. I have a positive approach to my projects and I always do a precise work. When I´m doing something new I´m very eager to learn and develop my skills. Things that inspire me in my work can be anything. My inspiration and creativity can occur from a detail in the architecture of a building, from people I meet and countries I visit, from nature and even from some everyday objects.

In my leisure time, I like spending time with my friends, cooking, visiting flea markets and photographing. In the winter I enjoy

downhill skiing. When I have the possibility

and the money, I travel. I enjoy the feeling of experiencing new places and cultures. Also, I have a sweet spot for chocolate and good coffee.
